Abstract
One of the most important thermoluminescence dosimeters is TLD-100 or LiF:Mg;Ti. In this study, the thermoluminescence dosimetry properties of TLD-100 chips were examined in gamma ray. The gamma beam was performed using the 60Co source. Thermoluminescence glow curves were drawn using radiation in 3 Gy gamma doses and the results were examined. The glow curves of these crystals consisting of four overlapping peaks of great importance in terms of dosimetry were obtained at temperatures of 402, 444, 476 and 499K. The number of peaks in the glow curve of the TLD-100 thermoluminescence dosimeters and the kinetic parameters related to each peak were determined isothermal decay method, and the process of changes of trapping parameters such as kinetic order, activation energy, frequency factor and half-life of four peaks were investigated.
