Abstract
The study of the kinetic parameters of the thermoluminescence dosimetry is determined in four different ways, initial rise, isothermal decay, curve fitting method and variable heating rate. In this study, the thermoluminescence decimeters TLD-100 was radiated by the 60Co source with doses of 3 and 7 Gray. The number of peaks in the glow curve of the thermoluminescence dosimeters TLD-100 and the kinetic parameters related to the fifth peak (the main peak of the dosimeter) were determined. The method of isothermal decay and variable heating rate was used to determine changes in kinetic parameters, and the fifth peak parameter in the gamma- radiation 3 and 7 Gray were compared which was observed that the frequency factor and activation energy values decreased with increased dose. According to the results, the kinetic parameters using both the isothermal decay and the variable heating rate were in agreement with each other.
