Abstract

CoFe nanowires were deposited by pulsed electro-deposition method into porous alumina templates via selenic acid anodizing. The effect of the selenic acid solution on the magnetic properties of nanowires was investigated. It was also realized anodizing at 45 V in 0.3 M selenic acid produced highly ordered porous alumina. By optimizing the anodizing condition, anodic alumina 10 nm scale pore was rapidly assembled during selenic acid anodizing without any special electrochemical equipment.
