Abstract

In this work, we can produce ordered TiO2 nanotubes (TNT) by electrochemical anodization. The as
synthesized products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electronic microscopy (SEM).
We report noncurling crystallized free-standing TiO2 nanotube arrays by a re-anodization together a chemical process.
We transferred these free-standing crystallized TNT arrays to fluorine doped tin oxide glass substrates without any
crack. Furthermore, we compared these crystallized freestanding TNT arrays in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) with
that of the TNT array on a Ti substrate.
