چکیده مقاله

This paper deals with of MHD free convective heat and mass transfer from a vertical surface embedded in a non-Darcy porous medium saturated by a nanofluid containing Al2O3 nanopartile in water as base fluid. The wall is at constant temperature Tw and concentration Cw greater than the ambient temperature T; and concentration C, respectively. The wall may be impermeable or permeable with lateral mass flux. A constant magnetic field is applied in the y-direction. The effective thermal conductivity of nanofluid was given by Koo & Kleinstreuer. The effective viscosity of nanofluid was interduced by Brinkman. We consider a two-dimentional problem with coordinate system in which the x-direction axis is aligned horizontally and the y-axis is normal to it.
