Watermarking the Official Letters

Abstract

Blind watermarking algorithms are designed to embed a watermark into a digital file without requiring the original file for extraction. Here we present a new blind algorithm to embed a watermark into an official letter which is resistant against different attacks such as rotation either in clock wise or anti-clock wise direction and cropping.
