Abstract
Advances in technology have produced a requirement for new implementations of good error-correcting codes. Such applications of codes also require efcient encoding and decoding methods. In this paper we examine designs and p−ary codes, from the row span over F_q ( q is a prime power) of incidence matrices of some classes of graphs and their line graphs. We end the automorphism groups and the main parameters of p−ary codes and show that can be used for permutation decoding, for any information set.
