Synthesis of Dihydropyrimido[4,5-b]quinolinetrione Derivatives Using CoFe2O4/poly phosphoric acid as a new solid acid catalyst

چکیده مقاله

A convenient and one-pot method for the efficient synthesis of the, dihydropyrimido[4,5-b]quinoline-trione derivatives via a four component condensation reaction of aldehyde, amine, dimedone and barbituric acid in the presence of CoFe2O4/poly phosphoric acid (CoFe2O4@PPA) as new high efficient solid acid catalyst has been described (Schem1). This new approach proceeded smoothly in good to excellent yields and the pure products were separated from the reaction mixture by simple filtration and characterized with 1HNMR, 13CNMR and FTIR techniques. Nano based solid acid catalyst was synthesized through a simple method and characterized using IR, TGA, SEM and EDX methods.
