Synthesis and Characterization of Cobalt Ferrite Nanoparticles

Abstract

synthetic methods of nanoscale materials based on natural extracts as they can have potential applications in various technologies and be benign to the environment. Here, copper ferrite (CuFe2O4) nanoparticles are green synthesized through the utilization of natural extract surfactants of Aloe vera leaf extract. The structural and morphological of synthesized nanoparticles were investigated using XRD, TEM and SEM. The results shown that the average size of nanoparticles are about 50 nm and have spherical shape. The XRD results confirm cubic spinel ferrite structure with fd3m space group
