چکیده مقاله
This study has applied an approach toward investigation and explanation of the blind students and Those with poor eyesight. In this way, by searching the educational rules (at the national and international level) and the educational theories about the blind and Those with poor eyesight, (educational methods, diffrent educational environment and required particular equipments) and sociological approach (organizational effectiveness approach , symbolic interactionism, educational self-hypothesis, social capital and conflict approach and so an), and finally, compilation of the form which is about educational problems of the blind and Those with poor eyesight by investigation of rules and above mentioned ideas, has investigated these problems. One of the most important results of this research is that kashan lacks the various educational environments specific to the blind. On the other hand, there isn’t any required condition for teaching them at ordinary schools. The of regression and it’s Beta shows that family (0/329) and friends (0/322), has the most effect on the level of endividuals’ skill and the educational equipments condition comes next. Although, the the educational equipments condition variable explicates (-0/415) of changes in this variable by itself.
