The increasing development of new technologies has severely affected human life. One of the most important of these effects is the creation of new tools for transactions and payments. The basis of this tool was a mathematical or computational game that was actually made of nothing, in other words, law and economics had no role in its creation. The place of these emerging phenomena should also be analyzed in jurisprudence and its dimensions should be made clearer so that people who use bitcoin can also benefit from legal protections. In this article, an attempt has been made to examine its nature and status.
