چکیده مقاله

In this study, the extraction of linolenyl alchol from Smyrnium Cordifolium bioss(SCB) was investigated by supercritical CO 2 with ethanol as co-solvent. Design of experiments and modeling were carried out with response surface methodology by Minitab 16 software. The GC/MS analysis of the extracted samples was used in conjunction with response surface design to optimize four operating variables of supercritical CO 2 extraction. Independent variables were dynamic time (t d ), pressure (P), temperature (T) and flow rate of SC-CO 2 (Q) in the range of 30–150 min, 10–30 MPa, 40–60 ◦ C and 0.5–1.7 ml/min, respectively. Optimum recovery of linolenyl alchol (22.69 mole %) was obtained at 30 MPa, 43.84 ◦ C, 127 min (dynamic) and 1.57 ml/min (CO 2 flow rate).
