Analysis of a comprehensive joint action plan for the improvement of dilapidated fabric (case study of Darcheh neighborhood in Mobarakeh city)
Abstract:
Worn out and useless fabric in cities is one of the important issues in cities and neighborhoods and their improvement and renovation is emphasized to reach a sustainable society. The economy of worn-out and useless urban tissues has become outdated, as a result, the relevant organizations are given a lot of priority. Urban organizations (governmental and non-governmental) with applicable plans and laws seek joint and coordinated action in Pursuing regeneration plans and organizing worn-out fabric, on the other hand, participation is one of the most important issues for the success of urban improvement and regeneration. Therefore, considering the importance of the topic of this research, with the overall goal of
analyzing the comprehensive plan of joint action The improvement, reconstruction and renovation of the worn-out fabric of Mobarakeh city (case example: Darcheh neighborhood) has been discussed. The necessary information and data to create this questionnaire is a documentary (library) questionnaire and field method. The target community is the people in charge and experts. In this research, SPSS software is used to display the spatial information and ARC GIS software and AMOS software are used to draw the structural model. The results obtained from this research, the sample size of the research is 200 general questionnaires and 50 specialist questionnaires. The sample size of the research is 202 general
questionnaires and 50 expert questionnaires, and structural equation modeling is used for scientific inferences. The result of the research shows that the social index has the highest factor load with a weight of 98%. It attributes to itself and the physical load index of 0.46 has the least impact on the improvement of the worn out tissue among the respondents. In the findings of the analysis model of the comprehensive plan of joint action in the improvement of the worn out tissue, the final results show that today due to the importance of the project of improving the worn out tissue Neighborhood officials and governmental and nongovernmental organizations and the general public should pay attention to all the physical, social, environmental, and economic dimensions of the urban space and fully participate in
