Abstract:
The development projects are the context that can revive the worn texture in the process of urban regeneration. The implementation of these projects, while creating life and functional-social vitality and reviving the urban identity and heritage, will strengthen the structures of the city.social and attracting large investments in the field of worn-out urban tissues. For this purpose, in this environmental research, the development stimulus project of Symbolic Square (the area of the old market) is examined and evaluated in four social, economic, physical and environmental dimensions before its implementation. The statistical population of the research is the residents of Waksbeh, 7 Mobarakeh region, and the sample size is 384 people using Cochran's formula, and 400 people were selected for more certainty.The research method in this research is descriptive-analytical and of an applied and developmental type. The method of collecting information is documentary and field. The tools used for analysis are GIS, SPSS and AMOS software. The data was collected by collecting 400 questionnaires and entering the data into SPSS22 software and using one-sample and two-sample t-test. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used for reliability. was used, and the obtained number was calculated for all dimensions higher than 0.7.The results of the sample t test show that the average spatial effects of development stimulating projects on the vitality and vitality of the city's worn-out fabric is greater than the number 3, which is the theoretical middle of the answers. It is generally evaluated positively. Also, the results showed that the development stimulating projects have a significant relationship with the vitality and vitality of the city's worn-out fabric and have a positive effect in all dimensions, and with the use of AMOS software modeling, it has an effect on social and economic dimensions.
