The data collection method is a combination of library studies and field surveys. The statistical population of the study includes citizens of the city of Fallujah, located in Anbar Province, Iraq. In order to determine the sample size, the Cochran formula was used, and based on this, 384 people were selected as a statistical sample, and 400 samples were considered for greater accuracy. The sampling method in this study is simple random. The research findings show that the average index of accessibility and mobility is 2.2411, safety and security is 2.2388, environmental quality and aesthetics is 2.2370, social function and human interaction capacity is 2.2572, and the use and performance of urban spaces is 2.2256. Also, the results of the one-sample t-test in all indicators with a significance level of 0.000 and negative t-values show that the average of all indicators is significantly lower than the criterion value of 3. Therefore, the research results show that the quality of urban space in Fallujah from the perspective of citizens is lower than the desired level in all the dimensions studied and none of the indicators have been able to satisfy citizens. Therefore, improving the quality of urban space requires integrated planning and management with an emphasis on improving accessibility, safety, environmental quality, social interactions, and the efficiency of urban spaces.
