Application of proteomics in cosmetics industry

Abstract

In recent years, technologies based on proteomics and biotechnology and antioxidant properties found in natural products have led to the production of cosmetic products that can protect the skin against damage caused by exposure to external environments and aging. The purpose of this article is to review the proteomics technique and natural products used in the manufacture of cosmetics.
