The Wall form and the spinor norm in orthogonal group

The orthogonal group of quadratic forms in arbitrary characteristics is investigated. It is shown that how the spinor norm of a unipotent isome- try of index two or an orthogonal symmetry is related to the discriminant of its Wall form.
