چکیده مقاله
In this study mixed matrix polyurethane membrane were used to separate CO2 from N2 and CH4. For this purpose, polyurethane based on polyester, zinc oxide nano particle as filler and ionic liquid [HNMP][HSO4] were applied. The membranes were prepared by solution casting method. The structural characteristics of the membranes were studiedby Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR). The results showed, in presence of ionic liquid up to 2% loading, CO2 permeability significantly increased but by increasing the loading this trend is vice vers. Nevertheless, presence of ionic liquid as compatibilizer in membrane improve the performance of Pu-ZnO mixed matrix membrane.
