Abstract
In this paper, we review the notion of certificate-based encryption (CBE) Which is may be kept disconnected from a network. In brief we will be expressed Elliptic Curve, then we give the basic concepts of CBE schemes and subsequently explain a CBE scheme based on bilinear pairing between groups.
