Abstract

In this research, is performed Investigation of changes relationship two parameters of climate major namely Temperature and precipitation in the Mazandaran province with imphasis on part of coastal line of Caspian sea And it's comparison with changes this two parameters in scale of northern hemisphere and global. In this way, were analyzed the series of annual precipitation and mean temperature in three the Gorgan, Babolsar and Ramsar sites during statistical period of 1956-2003 and four period of yearly twelve (the Gorgan site used as sponsor site in east of Mazandaran) and nine other sites  with  various  statistical  periods  from  year  19  to  year  36.  in  this  research,  used  from  nonparametric tests of Mann-Kendall and sen,s estimator of slope to detection trend qualify and trend quantity  respectively. Results  indicates  that  relation  of  temperature  and precipitation changes in three sites the Gorgan, Babolsar and Ramsar is in shape that with decreasing temperature, is seen decreasing precipitation and with increasing temperature, is seen Increasing precipitation, so that, temperature and precipitation in the Gorgan site, with decreasing in the Babolsar site with increasing and in the Ramsar site with both. This point is see  in four periods of yearly twelve separately and also in during case study. This conditions not see in northern hemisphere and global scals, because in this two scals, Increases temperature and decreases precipitation that take place opposite of each other. Generally, increases temperature in all of case study sites with the exeption of the Gorgan site and precipitation in difference sites has various changes that this condition can be resulting of increasing greenhouse gases in local, regional and even global scals.
