چکیده مقاله

In this paper, an estimator scheme for the substrate concentration of a bioreactor is proposed on the basis of a bioreactor model. It is assumed that cell mass is measurable, and this nonlinear system satisfy the Lipschitz condition. Maximum growth rate is uncertain in this model, so a new adaptive observer has been proposed. Stability of the new observer is given on the basis of Lyapunov analysis. In addition the unknown parameter can be identified asymptotically. The effectiveness of the proposed observer is demonstrated through MATLAB simulations.
