چکیده مقاله

Dyes are natural and xenobiotic compounds that make the world more beautiful through colored substances. Disperse dyes are extensively used in textile industry. These dyes are mutagenic and carcinogenic so color removal, especially from textile wastewaters, has been a big challenge over the last decades. Different microorganisms such as bacteria have been found to catalyze dye decolorization.
The aim of this study is to evaluate textile dyes degradation by novel bacterial strain isolated from the waste disposal site of Kashan textile industry. A bacterial strain was selected; with ability to decolorize disperse blue 183. This gram positive bacteria showed great capability to decolorize in pH 8 and 32 °C after 72 h
