چکیده مقاله
opper nanoparticle (Cu-NP) synthesis has been gaining attention due to its property and applicability. Copper (Cu) nanoparticles (NPs) were synthesized from inexpensive oxidized copper salts by an extracellular metal-reduction process using bacteria in aqueous solution. The main matter of the work is to synthesize stable Cu-NP through green synthesis. The formation of nanoparticle was observed by the peak at 580 nm using UV-Vis spectroscopy. The average size of the nanoparticle as determined by zetasizer was about 65 nm, while the zeta potential was -20.82 mV, thus Zeta potential measurements of Cu NPs shows that the synthesized NPs have a negative surface charge. The bacterial synthesis of Cu NPs offers an attractive green process that reduces organic solvent usage, minimizes hazardous reductants, and lowers manufacture costs. The novel green chemistry approach is an eco-friendly and suitable for large-scale production.
