in this study preparing related benzoyl chloride and L-phenyl alaninol from corresponding carboxylic acid. Then L-phenyl alaninol coupled with derivatives benzoyl chloride to afford the new products (Scheme 1). All characterization data including IR, 1H and 13C NMR of the intermediates and the final products were in agreement with the proposed structures.
