چکیده مقاله
Carbon nanodots (C-dots) are novel materials with desirable fluorescent properties have become a
promising photoluminescent (PL) nanomaterial in a variety of applications, especially in sensing and
bioimaging, due to their high hydrophilicity and PL quantum yield (Φf), and low photobleaching [1].
Currently, a variety of approaches include microwave irradiation, hydrothermal treatment, laser ablation, arc
discharge and chemical oxidation have been accepted for CDs synthesis [2]. Among preparation methods of
CDs, the hydrothermal synthesis is a rising technique, due to simple experimental setup, easy control of the
reaction, and low energy consumption.
