Polyaniline-ZnO nanocomposite as hole-injector layer in light emitting diodes

Conducting nanocomposite was prepared by in-situ chemical oxidative method in the presence of aniline and nanostructured ZnO by APS as an oxidant in HCl medium. According to the obtained results, the prepared nanocomposite could be a good material as HIL in fabrication PLED with structure: ITO/PANI-ZnO/MEH-PPV/Al. The PANI-ZnO film coated on the ITO showed a reduced turn-on voltage compared to PEDOT-PSS.
