چکیده مقاله

At first,bulk-heterojunctionpolymersolarcells(PSCs)containingdifferentblending ratios ofpoly(3-hexylthiophene):fullerene,(P3HT):C60asactivelayerusingconventional poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)ashole-collecting layer (HCL)havebeenfabricatedtooptimizetheblendingratioofP3HT:C60.Theeffectof replacementofPEDOT:PSSbythepreparedpolyaniline-fumedsilica(PANI-SiO2) nanocom- posites astheHCLontheperformanceofthefabricatedPSCwiththeoptimizedblendingratio of P3HT:C60wasexaminedindetail.Accordingtotheobtainedresults,itwasfoundthatthe fabricatedPSCwith PANI-SiO2 nanocompositecontaining10% SiO2 (PANI-10% SiO2) asthe HCL andP3HT:C60withtheoptimizedblendingratio(P3HT:33%C60)asactivelayerexhib- ited bestperformancewithafillfactor(FF)of0.35,comparedtothePSCcontainingconven- tionalPEDOT:PSSHCLwithanFFof0.32.Ourdemonstrationsuggeststhat PANI-SiO2 nanocompositescouldbepromisingHCLreplacingPEDOT:PSSinPSCsaswellasother organic electronicdevices
