Abstract

In the present work, the effect of initial deposition current density (120 and 160 mA/cm2) during the 500 first pulses and initial back-side temperature of 40°C on the magnetic properties and microstructure of the pure Ni nanowires is investigated. The nanowires were deposited into nanopores of the fabricated AAO template in oxalic acid using the final back-side temperature of 8 °C in the next pulses and constant deposition current density of 60 mA/cm2.
