Abstract

Ni/Cu multilayer nanowires were ac-pulse electrodeposited into nanopores of anodized aluminum oxide (AAO) template fabricated by common two-step anodization process. Nanopores were widened in 0.3 M phosphoric acid solution for 30 min. thickness of the both magnetic and non-magnetic layers along a nanowire was adjusted by related pulse numbers. Ferromagnetic Ni and non-magnetic Cu layers were deposited by 400 and 200 pulse numbers, respectively.
