Abstract

Ni nanowire arrays were embedded in anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template by alternative current pulse electrodeposition technique. Samples were prepared with different off-times between pulses in electrolyte containing 0.3 M NiSO4. The effect of off-time on the coercivity and magnetization of prepared nanowires was investigated. The obtained results show, with increase the off-time initially to 10ms off-time, the magnetic properties content increased and then were reduced.
