Abstract

In this study, the initial steps involve the preparation and characterization of a new Schiff base complex of copper(II) that is immobilized on CoFe2O4@SiO2 nanoparticles. This process is thoroughly examined using techniques such as FT-IR, VSM, TGA, and XRD. Subsequently, the application of the CoFe2O4@SiO2-Schiff base-Cu(II) complex as a recyclable catalyst for the synthesis of bis(6-amino-1,3-dimethyluracil-5-yl)methanes is detailed.
