چکیده مقاله

In the present work, Bi nanostructures were successfully synthesized with the aid of Bi(NO3)3.5H2O as the starting reagent in presence of polyol as the solvent and surfactant through very fast and convenient microwave-assisted polyol method. To our knowledge, this is the first report on the synthesis of Bi nanostructure by microwave-assisted polyol process. The as-synthesized products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), and spectra energy dispersive analysis of X-ray (EDS) techniques. The XRD studies showed that pure cubicBi nanostructures have been produced through the facile microwave-assisted polyol method.
