چکیده مقاله
The present study, silver cadmium tetraiodide/ silver iodide (Ag2CdI4/ AgI) nanocomposites have been synthesized successfully by an in-situ and simple co-precipitation method. The effect of various parameters including: Ag+/ Cd +2 molar ratio and type of capping agent on morphology, size and purity of products were investigated. The obtained products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning and transmittance electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) analysis.
