Simple Synthesis of A/graphene Nanocomposites (A = NiO, Co۳O۴) and Investigation of Photocatalytic Performance under Ultra-violet (UV) Light Irradiation

چکیده مقاله

In this work, NiO and Co3O graphene-based nanocomposites have been successfully prepared by pre-graphenization method. Ni(acac)2 and Co(acac)4 {(acac) = acetyl acetonate} were applied as starting materials to synthesize NiO and Co3O4 nanoparticles. For preparing graphene-based nanocomposites we applied pre-graphenization method. The pre-graphenization is occured by synthesis of thermally reduced graphene and subsequent impregnation of nanoparticles. Herein, photocatalytic performance of NiO and Co3O graphene-based nanocomposites under UV light irradiation were compared together and we know that the performance NiO/graphene nanocomposite is better than Co3O4/graphene nanocomposite in this condition.
