چکیده مقاله
Carbon nanostructures has recently used in the energy storage devices broadly and in the Li-ion battery instruments as well. In the present work, the effect of AlV3O9 as cathode materials in Li-ion batteries on the zero to two dimensions carbon nanostructures such as GQDs, CNTs, and Graphene was investigated. The obtained results indicated that batteries assembled in a half cell and flower-shaped AlV3O9 and respective nanocomposites applied as positive electrodes. Diverse nanocomposites were fabricated in the presence of carbon nanostructures includes AlV3O9/MWCNTs (AV-CNT), AlV3O9/Graphene (AV-G) and AlV3O9/GQDs (AV-Q). Morphologycontrolled AlV3O9 were synthesized through a straightforward surfactant-assisted hydrothermal procedure. The influence of time and temperature of hydrothermal process on size and purity of as-prepared 3D hierarchical flower-shaped AlV3O9 structures were examined too. The specific capacity of pristine AlV3O9 spheres is 140 mAh/g at 200 mA/g and different carbon nanostructures has fffected on the battery performance. The specific capacity of AV-CNT enhanced to 235.63 mAh/g (at 200 mA/g) as compared to pristine AV. Other nanocomposites, AV-G and AV-Q, did not demonstrate considerable influence on battery performance. Cycle ability of these batteries tested after 50 cycles and the suitable effect of CNTs on capacity and stability of 86.78% was detected clearly comparing with Graphene and GQDs.
