چکیده مقاله
Copper sulfide nanoparticles have been synthesized from copper salicylate and thioglycolic acid by a hydrothermal method. The obtained product was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL). The effect of reaction time, temperature, solvent and sulfur sources was investigated.
