چکیده مقاله

TripodaltetraamineligandswerenominatedascomplexingagentinpreparationofTiO2 nanoparticleviaatwo-stepsol–gel method.Theeffectofcomplexingagentswas investigatedontheparticleandaggregationsizeaswellasopticalandphotovoltaic properties. TheproductswerecharacterizedbyX-raydiffraction(XRD),Fouriertransform infraredspectroscopy(FT-IR),transmissionelectronspectroscopy(TEM),scanningelec- tron microscopy(SEM),andUV–vis spectroscopy.Theresultsshowedthatthesymmetry of ligandshasacrucialeffectonthesizeoftheparticlesandtheaggregations.Three differenttripodalligandswereappliedascomplexingagents.Largeraggregationsizewith tinynanoparticleswasobtainedfromthesamplepreparedwithNitro-funtionalized ligandandledtoimprovedphotovoltaicperformanceduetoenhancedphotonscattering in thesample.
