چکیده مقاله
A newrapidandsinglestepthermalmethodwassuccessfullydevelopedtosynthesizetree-like tellurium (Te)nanostructuresatmildcondition.Tenanostructuresweresynthesizedusingtellurium tetrachloride(TeCl4) asaTeprecursorandthioglycolicacid(TGA)asreducingandcapingagent.No secondary chemicalreducingagentisrequiredtoproceedandcompletethereaction.Apreliminary study onthepossibilityofdevelopingasolarcellhavingthe fluorine-doped tinoxide(FTO)/TiO2/Te/ Pt–FTO structurewasalsoinvestigatedtoproduceaninexpensivesolarcellbyTenanostructures.
