CuInS2 (CIS) nanoparticlesweresynthesizedthroughasimplehydrothermalmethodusingpomegranate marc peel(PMP)dyes-Cu(II)asanewcopperprecursorandsodiumsulfite (Na2SO3) asareducingagent. The PMPhasseveraldyessuchasproanthocyanidinsand flavonoidswhichcanbeeasilyextractedby transition metalionsinwhichwehavefocusedonthisworktoprepareofcopperprecursoranddye solar cells.Besides,theeffectofHClonthemorphologyandparticlesizeoftheproductwasinvestigated. Furthermore,toinvestigatetheeffectofdifferentdyesandCISnanoparticlesonsolarcellefficiencies severalexperimentswereconducted.
