Shortcomings and Musts of Hadith Textual Criticism in Allameh

Abstract

Allameh Seyyed Morteza Askari is one of the contemporary schol ars who has traced the origins of variations between Islamic religions through surveying and analyzing the narrations. In addition to Iran, his works in other Islamic countries has also attracted a large audience, including scholars. He has responded the doubts about the Ahl al-Bayt 
school through gathering all of the narrations under one title of original ahl as-sunnah sources and has attempted to eliminate many differenc es based on their likenesses among Islamic religions. Shortcomings in 
written works of personality such as Allameh Askari, especially works with many subject variety, are natural. Insufficient criticism of the cor rect narrations from ahl as-sunnah approach in some cases, rejecting a belief without citing all the another reason.
