Identification and ranking of IT services based on their influence on social capital in Kashan government offices, using TOPSIS technique

Social capital is a relatively new concept which in recent years has attracted the attention of many scholars and information technology plays a major role in it. The aim of this study is to Identify and rank the IT services based on their influence on social capital in Kashan government offices , using TOPSIS technique . The research method Is descriptive . The study population includes all employees of government offices in the city of Kashan.
