چکیده مقاله

This study predicts the axial instability of bonded double walled boron nitride nanotube (BDWBNNTs) under combined loadings of electro-thermo-mechanic, in which tubes are modeled as a nonlocal cylindrical shell. Boron nitride nanotubes have piezoelectric property where can be used as a smart materials. Nano structures have attracted worldwide attention for their wide range of applications. Many small scale structures are being used in nano- electromechanical systems applications due to their superior mechanical, thermal and electrical properties.
