چکیده مقاله

Rapid development of nanotechnology has good effects on many industries. With the properties of carbon nano tube(CNT) and Boron nitride nanotube (BNNT) because of their novel electronic, mechanical and other physical and chemical properties makes them good candidate for the prospect application of nano electro-mechanical systems, bioelectrical, nano composites, nanoelectronics, and nanodevices. The free transverse vibrations of SWCNT and DWCNT under axial load using the Euler–Bernoulli beam, Timoshenko beam and Donnell shell models were investigated in another study of Ghorbanpour Arani et al. [3]. Murmu, Adhikari[1,2] considered nonlocal vibration of a double-nano plate-system and axial instability of double-nano beam-systems. Their study showed that the small scale effects considerably influence the transverse vibration of nonlocal double nano plates (NDNPs).
