Fabrication of multilayer hard/soft nanowire arrays

In this work, two magnetic phase nanowire arrays were successfully fabricated by ac-pulse electrodeposition technique into the nanoporous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template. Magnetic two-phase behavior of the sample was investigated by First-Order-Reversal-Curve (FORC) diagrams. Transmission electron microscope image showed bar-code like structure along the wire length. FORC diagram clearly showed an interacting two-phase magnetic system. Demagnetizing interaction between the nanowires creates an additional feature in FORC diagram.
