چکیده مقاله
Supercritical nanocatalytic conversion of industrial oily residues from a steelmaking plant rolling mill into long-chain hydrocarbons (C8–C16) for bio-aviation fuel production was investigated in this study. To maximize process efficiency, optimization was carried out using Response Surface Methodology (RSM) based on a Box–Behnken Design (BBD), evaluating the interactive effects of temperature, reaction time, feed volume, and isopropanol concentration. Statistical analysis revealed a highly significant modified quadratic model (R2=0.8804), identifying reaction temperature and reaction time as the most influential factors. Under the optimized conditions of 250 °C, 25 min reaction time, 5 mL feed volume, and 18 v/v% isopropanol, a maximum long-chain hydrocarbon (LCH) yield of 95% was achieved. Subsequently, the catalytic performance of BaO/γ-Al2O3 with varying BaO loadings, characterized by XRD and TEM, was evaluated under the optimized conditions. The results showed that a 1 wt% BaO loading exhibited superior activity, achieving yields exceeding 97%.
