چکیده مقاله

Single-wall carbon nanocones are single layers of cone-shaped graphene sheets which are formed at the apex of the pyramid with topological defects such as one or several pentagonal rings within ideal hexagonal networks. They are formed through their oblique angles from the part cut from a flat sheet and they create closed-tube nanocones [1,2]. In this study, the nanocones have three pentagonal rings within a hexagonal network.
