Antimicrobial properties of some ۱,۴-dihydropyridine derivatives containing chlorine groups

phenyl-2,6-dimethyl-1,4-dihydropyridine, 3,5-diethoxy carbonyl-4-(4-chlorophenyl)-2,6- dimethyl-1,4-dihydropyridine and 3,5-diethoxy carbonyl-4-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-2,6- dimethyl-1,4-dihydropyridine were synthesized and evaluated for antimicrobial activity against a set of 12 microorganisms in vitro.
