چکیده مقاله

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have very promising applications because of their specific electrical, mechanical and thermal properties [1]. They are able to function as an excellent support for catalysts [2], fuel cell electro-catalysts [3], transistors and also inter-connectors in electronic circuits [4]. Moreover, many half-metallic ferromagnets have been reported in theoretical and experimental works [5,6] and also more attention has been paid to TM doped dilute magnetic semiconductors and metal oxides especially in the spintronic and magnetic recording fields [7,8]. To the best of our knowledge, electronic structural properties of the CNTs depend on their chirality and would be modified under doping by 3d
