The Effect of Deposition Current on the Magnetic Properties of FeCo Alloy Nanowires

چکیده مقاله

FeCo nanowire arrays with 120 nm diameter were prepared by ac-pulse electrodeposition into the nanopores of hard anodized aluminum oxide templates. The effect of deposition current on the magnetic properties was investigated using hysteresis loop measurements. It was observed that increasing the current decreases coercivity and squareness, showing the increase in magnetostatic interactions between the nanowires. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that all samples are in the bcc FeCo phase.
