چکیده مقاله

In thisstudy,opticalsimulationshavebeenperformedbasedonatransfermatrixmethod(TMM)to
investigatetheperformanceoforganicsolarcells(OSCs).Then,theorganicsolarcellsofconfiguration
ITO/PEDOT:PSS/CuPc/C60/EBL/Cu(IndiumTinOxide/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)polystyrene
sulfonic acid/fullerene/Copperphthalocyanine/ExcitonBlockingLayer(EBL)/Copper)wereinvestigated.
It isfoundthattheperformanceofthecellsgetsslightlyenhancedduringthefirst25minafter
fabrication,andgraduallydeclinesafterwards.Therefore,allcellswereremovedfromthevacuumafter
25 minandencapsulatedbyYF3. Then,theinfluenceofabufferlayersuchaslithiumfluoride(LiF),
bathocuproine(BCP),4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline(Bphen),tris-8-hydroxy-quinolinatoalumi-
nium (Alq3) andCuPcwasstudiedontheperformanceofOSCs.Thehighestefficiencywasobtainedfor
the deviceswithBCPorBphenastheirbufferlayer.Inparticular,ahalf-lifetimeof90daysinairat
ambient circumstancewasachievedforLiFandCuPcasbufferlayers.
